The Author

Bosschar started writing professionaly at an early stage in his life, working at the Diario de Pernambuco (oldest Newpaper in Latin America) in Brazil, while he was still a journalism student.

His first theater play, "The Year of the Rabbit", won the prize of "Best Contemporary Production" of 2003 in Recife, Brazil. This Play has become a huge success, traveling around the Country  and abroad.

His second Play, "The Nightmares of Martha Stewart", performed inside of an Empty Swimming Pool, played for over two Years and also achieved critical acclaim.

He has contributed to a number of newspapers, magazines and websites in Brazil, such as "Junior" "Portal Tag it" and "MMM". His "Making off Diary" of the radio play "Carandiru" was published by BBC Radio 3.

His "Art of Expression" program is turned into a book  currently in the editing phase.

In films, he is currently working on two screenplays: "Høj og Lav" (as seen below, or to the right) and "Nostalgia".
 


          Bosschar's new play: "The woman who wished to die" Premiers on the 19th of April 2015, at TEATER PLAY, CPH. It will be shown every Sunday until the 7th of June. CPH STAGE dates: the 13th 14th and 15th June
